After a 41-year run on daytime television, ABC's "All My Children" is saying farewell.

Tomato Cream Sauce [recipes]

I recently posted a couple photos of my signature tomato cream sauce, and was asked to write out the recipe, so here it is!
Tomato Cream Sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped (optional)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
½ cup fresh parmesan cheese
basil, chopped (or parsley)(optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)
olive oil (or butter)
Saute garlic, onion, and basil in olive oil in medium saucepan until onions and garlic are nearly done. Add can of tomato sauce, let simmer for 5 minutes. Add heavy cream, integrate thoroughly into tomato sauce mixture. Add fresh diced tomatoes now if desired.

Stir in handfuls of parmesan cheese, integrating fully with the sauce before adding more. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spinach also can be added to make a more hearty sauce.

Enjoy!

Vagina Muff-ins.

These muffins look delicious, and not only because they are vagina muff-ins. I want to try and make these sometime. Not having an oven makes the whole baking thing difficult.

What you'll need:
2 eggs, beaten
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 10 muffin cups.
2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs and bananas. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking soda. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
Read the story behind these muffins here at PastaQueen's blog.

William Ayers in San Francisco.

I'm disappointed I missed William Ayers last night at The Green Arcade in San Francisco.
I was first introduced to William Ayers via his involvement in the Weather Underground, a 1960's militant student political organization.

Video Games through the Ages.
I really want the Magnavox Odyssey and the Telstar. Like mad.
The Telstar is "the most exciting game you will ever see on your TV ," don't you know?
Also, I would feel it almost blasphemous if I didn't mention the Atari. I had an Atari. I had an Atari because I was bad ass.
